• We deduct shipping label costs on returns, from the total product refund. If your return amount is less than the cost of the shipping label an invoice will be emailed to you. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable.
  • If you received an incorrect item or would like to make a warranty claim please contact us directly.
  • Excessive abuse of our returns will receive a $10 restocking fee per item returned.
  • No returns/refunds after 30 days.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a refund.
  • Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.

If your return is a USA/international purchase, please ship via carrier of your choice and include a note with your item(s) listing original order number, your name, shipping address, email address. Keep your shipment tracking number provided by your carrier.
